The Monthly & Misc. Processes menu has most of the month-to-month AR procedures on it. You'll notice there are service charge options, colletion letters, statements, commissions and more. The month-end-closing for the AR is also performed from this menu. The user can also change the terms and status of customers through this menu and list monthly activity.
