Screen Printing and Embroidery companies have their own specific set of needs and again AS/AP™ has just what they need. Effective tracking procedures, scheduling, sequences and more.

The Screen/Embroidery Designs Menu contains the Design Master File which is the main screen we will go into detail on in this tour. The options that are not detailed are:

Delivery Schedules - These are reports based on the designs available throughout the system.
Production Control - This is part of the system that allows the user to track the position of work in the manufacturing process.
Production Requirements -The various requirements based on the designs can be found here.
Embroidery Scheduling -  Creating/maintaining the schedule file, controlling run times, color maintenance, needle sequence and more can be handled through this option.
Rebuild Screen Indexes - Rebuilds those index keys used by the Screen Printing/Embroidery module in the event that one or more of them has become damaged.
Royalty Prefixes/Groups - Managing royalties through the Design Master is handled here.
