As you will notice from the menu above the AS/AP™ Apparel System places many common options together on each menu. Take the menu above for example, the user can easily add new accounts to the general ledger system, print the listings of accounts, obtain the activity, and much more all from the one menu. You will also notice that there are convenient index rebuilding menu options attached to most modules. This makes it easy for the user to reindex/repair files without having to go to the Additional Utilities option of the Utility menu. AS/AP™ asks the question: why do in several steps what you can do in one? It gives the user back something very valuable...time.
