This is the General Ledger menu, from here the user can access the GL Maintenance functions to perform such tasks as adding, editing, deleting accounts, editing closing dates, and more. You would select the Journal Transactions option to add, edit, or delete any GL transactions. Trial Balances and Financial Statements can all be printed from this menu as well.

The following menu options were not explained in greater detail:

Journal Transactions - All transaction work is handled from this menu option, the user can add, edit, post, printout, delete, and verify the transactions from one menu
Trial Balance - This supplies the user with a recap of the data posted to the GL through periods from all Journals
Month-End-Closing [GL] - Simply put, this is where the user would close the month for the General Ledger
