There are 2 Purchase Order Systems available integrated to the AS/AP™ Apparel System.  They are the Finished Goods Purchase Order Processing which interfaces with the Finished Goods Inventory, and the Raw Material Purchase Order Processing, which is a conventional Purchase Order Processing System attached to the Raw Material Inventory Control System.

FINISHED GOODS
This version of Purchase Order Processing is attached to the Finished Goods Inventory Control System.  The company can use this program to handle the purchasing of finished garments. The advantage of this system is that it handles the Style, Size, and Color matrix.

RAW MATERIAL
The Raw Material Inventory Control system includes it's own Purchase Order Processing system. This is a relatively standard Purchase Order Processing system and is based, closely, on our Standard system.
