The Style File Menu above contains all of the necessary information for the styles or items your company keeps in the AS/AP™ Apparel System. From this menu you can control styles, size ranges, trim sheets (tied in with the Raw Material Inventory Control module), cost sheets and more!

The items discussed in detail right now are the Style Master File (option '1') and the Trim Sheet Maintenance (option '3'), click on one of these options to continue. The other items that are not discussed in detail are:

Add/Edit Size Ranges - Contains all of the information for the size ranges including bucket verifications and file purging options.
Garment Cost Sheet - Contains all of the costs for the selected style and allows for editing and printing.
UPC Table Maintenance - Maintenance area for the UPC codes assigned to each style/color combination.
Labor Breakdown - For non-Piecework companies, this option provides access to the Rate Book and Garment/Product Breakdown.
Prepack Options - Maintenance of Prepacks, including deleting, marking, and updating is handled here.
Style Cross Reference Table - Allows for control (adding, editing, deleting) of styles to the customers cross-reference table.
Quantity Break Table - Allows for setting up of the quantity break pricing of each style.
