This is the System Utility menu which controls most of the basic functions of the AS/AP™ System, including system configurations (flag settings), report generator (Query Maker), security settings, and much more.

Master File Maintenance contains the Company Master File and can be found by clicking on the link above (next to the red arrow). The Additional Utilities menu also contains a lot of information vital to the operation of the system. The menu for the Query Maker module is also available in greater detail.

The menu choices not detailed are:

Change Operating Companies - If there are multiple companies on the system this is the method for jumping between them.
Rebuild Index Keys - Restores indexes (data files) when they become damaged in various areas of the system.
Quit to Windows - Once complete, this is the proper method for shutting down the AS/AP™ Apparel System.
