Inc. announces its Visual AS/AP™ Email Alert System
(EAS) and Direct Email and Fax capabilities. The EAS can be attached to
any module in the AS/AP™ Apparel System, sending email notifications
of exceptions. It is as simple as clicking on the 'Email Notifications'
button in the Company Master File and following some simple instructions.
Events identified by the user will automatically trigger the EAS. These
trigger points automatically warn chosen individuals in the alert system.
For instance, the purchasing staff is informed that a purchase order will
be late. As soon as the new date is posted in AS/AP™, the EAS will
automatically generate e-mails informing the selected individuals. This
concept can be expanded into other areas of the AS/AP™ Apparel System,
such as notifying customers of amounts due, cutting orders past delivery
date, and so on. Also, make emailing and faxing even more convenient with
our new Email and Fax capabilities. When working in AS/AP™ you have
the ability to directly email or fax P.O.'s, quotations, statements, etc.
Anything that can be printed can be directly emailed or faxed. Fast response
