ASAP Announces a New Embroidery Machine Loading System

Roswell, GA - October 25, 2002 - ASAP of Georgia, Inc. (AS/AP) introduces one of their newest features to AS/AP™, Embroidery Machine Loading! This new program allows companies to schedule embroidery machines in order to balance their workloads, maximize their productivity, and deliver their finished products on a timely basis.

The Embroidery Machine system utilizes data from the Design Master File, the Finished Goods Inventory, and the Sales Order system to compile a list of products requiring embroidery for which artwork is completed and blank garments are available.  From this list you will create an Embroidery (production) Schedule. The Embroidery Machine Loading system also integrates with our powerful Critical Path analysis. With this new feature and many others, we make sure that you stay one step ahead of the competition.
